Frankfurt relies on ROMEX^® systems

RSG 5 - ROMEX® bedding and grouting system guaranteed to work After full project consultation, the paving work in the inner courtyard of the newly built Historical Museum at Frankfurt's Römerberg was completed in spring 2017. A special feature in the planning was a weight restriction with a volume load of 19 kN/m³, due to a vaulted cellar below the paving surface. The proven ROMEX^® bedding and grouting system was used, including our unique system guarantee RSG 5. The products ROMPOX^® - TRASS-BED for a water-permeable bedding and ROMPOX^® - ADHESION ELUTRIANT as a bonding bridge between bedding mortar and stones were used. The grouting was done with the synthetic resin grout ROMPOX^® - D1 in the colour basalt, which has proven itself for over 30 years.

Pavement joint renovation of the apple wine district in Frankfurt - Alt-Sachsenhausen
In the perhaps best known Frankfurt district "Alt-Sachsenhausen", with its many fountains and "Äppelwoi-Wirtschaften", ROMEX^® carried out joint renovation in the famous "Klappergasse", among others. The centuries-old alley was renovated with ROMPOX^® - D2000 in order to cope with the loads caused by delivery traffic and the annual fountain festival with its parade. The grouting work was carried out to the full satisfaction of the city by the company Jung Ökostein.

In the Frankfurt city centre near the stock exchange and the Alte Oper, the pavement on the "Alte Rothofstraße" and the "Große Bockenheimer Straße" was renewed and grouted with ROMEX^® - pavement jointing mortar. In addition to the already successfully completed projects in Frankfurt, the detailed consultation and close support convinced those responsible of the ROMEX^® products. The renovation was carried out with ROMPOX^® - D2000 by the company Jung Ökostein from Limburg, which delivered a first-class job.
