ISATEC® - FLEX
The viscous elastic paving joint mortar
ISATEC® - FLEX is a 2 component paving joint mortar, suitable for joint widths from 5 millimetres and joint depths from 30 millimetres on surfaces with medium traffic loads. It is the first and only viscous elastic jointing mortar on the market. Thanks to it’s maximum elongation ε of 9,26 % the material can be used for bonded and unbonded construction. It is water permeable, self-compacting and water emulsifiable. The jointing mortar ISATEC® - FLEX also prevents all weed growth.

ROMPOX® - D2000
The modern paving joint mortar
The modern 2-component pavement jointing mortar ROMPOX® - D2000 is for public surfaces that have heavy traffic loads. Thanks to it’s strong pouring capacity, it can be used for joint widths from 5 mm | 1/4“. D2000 is suitable for use with new jointing on squares, roads and paths as well as for the repair of existing paved stone surfaces as well as gutter mortar according to ATV DIN 18318:2006. In particular the quick re-opening to traffic after just 6 hours makes this pavement jointing mortar special.

ROMPOX® - D3000
The repair paving stone joint elutriant
Using paving stone joint elutriant ROMPOX® - D3000 old, damaged cement joints on paths, roads and town squares can be quickly and easily repaired. Only the damaged joints need to be cleaned out. Intact cement joints remain on the surface. The paving stone elutriant has such strong edge adhesion that it “connects“ to the old joint. ROMPOX® - D3000 will not act as a preventive for any old cement on the surface becoming damaged in the future.

ROMPOX® - TRAFFIC V2
The hardest paving joint mortar
ROMPOX® - TRAFFIC V2 is the strongest ROMEX® pavement jointing mortar for heaviest traffic loads in the public sector. V2 is used to carry out new jointing in road and town square construction, that is subject to heavy loads, but also as gutter mortar according to ATV DIN 18318:2006.

ROMPOX® - W1000
The hardest paving joint mortar
Thanks to ROMEX® the winter time now becomes the time for jointing! Developed for the purpose of enabling construction sites to be completed during the cold season, ROMPOX® - W1000 is the first synthetic resin pavement jointing mortar, that can be used worldwide during permanent frost (day and night temperatures below 0 °C). ROMPOX® - W1000 hardens/cures perfectly at temperatures of up to -5 °C. Construction site delays caused by frosty temperatures are thus a thing of the past and allows for fi nal invoices to be issued during winter.

The ROMPOX® - JOINTING SAND NP is a weed preventing jointing sand based on predominat natural raw materials for water permeable joints. Thanks to the uncomplicated and quick application, ROMPOX® - JOINTING SAND NP is ideal for narrow joints, especially for interlocking block paving, on patios and driveways with light vehicle loads. The binding agent ensures that small joint cracks repair themselves when in contact with water. With a choice of colours, you will find a suitable joint to visually match each type of stone. ROMPOX® - JOINTING SAND NP fulfills the requirements of AgBB-Schemas, after testing by the eco-Institut in Cologne.

ROMPOX® - ECOFINE
The strong, sustainable pavement jointing mortar
The 1K pavement jointing mortar on 2K niveau!
ROMPOX® - ECOFINE is a ready-mixed, elutriant-compatible 1-component paving joint mortar. The mortar hardens/cures after reacting with air-oxygen and is therefore vacuum-packed. Thanks to its simple application, this highly water-permeable jointing mortar is ideal for professionals and do-it-yourselfers and keeps the joints unsealed. ROMPOX® - ECOFINE is used around the house on terraces, sidewalks and driveways with light, occasional car traffic (with non-settling, water-permeable bedding). The paving joint mortar is also particularly suitable for ceramic tile coverings with high optical requirements, thanks to the fine joint pattern.

ROMPOX® - EASY
The easiest paving joint mortar
ROMPOX® - EASY is a ready to use 1 component paving joint mortar. After application it hardens when it reacts with the oxygen in air and is thus vacuum packed. This highly water permeable jointing mortar is very good for DIY use as it is so easy to use. ROMPOX® - EASY can be used on patios, footpaths and light traffic loads up to 3.5 tons all around the house. The paving joint mortar can be used with almost all types of natural stones, natural and concrete stone slabs as well as clinker surfaces. Polygonal slabs / crazy paving or broken stone slabs are the exception. In this case we recommend using our 2 component paving joint mortars such as ROMPOX® - D1.

ROMPOX® - DRAIN
The secure pavement jointing mortar
ROMPOX® - DRÄN is a highly water permeable synthetic resin based 2 component paving joint mortar. ROMPOX® - DRÄN is adapted to the demands of modern resin based mortars. This classic, which has been on the market for over 30 years, now meets all the needs of contractors. ROMPOX® - DRAIN is a water-permeable 2-component pavement jointing mortar based on epoxy resin, which permanently protects paved areas against weed growth. The mortar is used around the house, especially in driveways and on parking spaces in front of the house. Thanks to the new formula, narrow joints from 3 mm joint width as well as 2 cm thick ceramic tiles can now be jointed without any problems. And this is almost free of resin film. Now jointing in drizzle as well as at low temperatures is possible without any problems. Another advantage of ROMPOX® - DRAIN is the faster release for traffic than before.

ROMPOX® - D1
The proven paving joint mortar
Our proven 2 component epoxy resin paving joint mortar ROMPOX® - D1 is a real allrounder. Thanks to it’s good flow capacity, it can be used for joint widths from 3 mm. The flow capacity also makes it suitable for use with polygonal slabs, which often have uneven edges and conical joints and are hard to joint. It can be used in drive- and entryways, as it can withstand loads up to 7,5 tons and is suitable for the repair of old paved stone surfaces. Jointing polygonal slabs and crazy paving, can be done whilst standing by washing in the product onto the unbonded surface.

ROMPOX® - JOINT STRENGTHENER
For hardening sand joints
ROMPOX® - JOINT STRENGTHENER is a 1 component special liquid especially for use with natural stone paving stones and concrete and clinker surfaces. Our joint strengthener protects against washing out, wearing out and weed growth. It has very high strength and viscous elasticity, which is a great advantage especially with unbonded construction methods. Because it is a liquid, joints with a minimum joint width of at least 1 mm, which have been filled with paving stone sand, can be easily strengthened. This product is recommended only for pedestrian traffic.

ROMPOX® - D7000
The stabilizing liquid for paving
For the quick and uncomplicated strengthening of road surfaces with sufficient fine particles (e.g. water-bound road surfaces), especially for protection against washing out, abrasion, weed growth and dust control. ROMPOX® - D7000 strengthens existing road surfaces and protects especially against erosion on downhill gradients. Through the use of ROMPOX® - D7000 the stability of the coating is greatly improved and thus the maintenance costs are reduced. The areas of application go from private areas in the garden and around the house to public areas such as park paths, foot and bike paths and tree surrounds.

ROMPOX® - PATIO is a 1-component special resin pavement jointing mortar that hardens/cures with air/oxygen after application. It was especially developed for the jointing of sensitive surfaces and coated concrete stone slabs. The jointed stone surface is almost resin film free, which maintains the natural colour of the stone. ROMPOX® - PATIO is used on patios and on surfaces around the house with light, occasional vehicle loads (on settling-free, water permeable bed). ROMPOX® - POWER JOINT
The strong 1 component paving joint mortar
ROMPOX® - POWER JOINT is a ready to use mixed paving joint mortar for water permeable, bonded construction methods. It is quick and easy to apply and is thus suitable not just for professional laying companies, but also for DIY enthusiasts. ROMPOX® - POWER JOINT is for medium traffic loads up to 7.5 tons and is thus perfect for outside use around the house. With this paving joint mortar you won’t have to worry about frost damage or washing out of the joints. The product is frost, de-icing salt and street sweeper resistant. It also prevents weed growth in the joints. Our strong 1 component paving joint mortar is best for use with 8 mm joint widths and 30 mm joint depths. An advantage of this paving joint mortar, is that it can be applied during drizzle and that protective covering is not needed. During the first weeks after application, a thin synthetic resin film remains on the stone surface. It intensifies the color of the stone and protects it from dirt. This film disappears from the surface in open weather and through abrasion over time.
