Specific questions about products

ROMPOX® - D4000 HR

We always recommend priming with ROMPOX® - D4000-HR when using on rising building components or if defects are less than a minimum depth of 10 mm.

ROMPOX® - D1

No, no additional addition of water to the superplasticizer is required for processing product ROMPOX® - D1.

Tree pits with ROMPOX® - DEKO / ROMPOX® - PROFI-DEKO

For young / freshly planted trees, do not work directly up to the tree trunk. Sufficient distance (10-15 cm) must be ensured so that the tree can grow unhindered in the first years.

A "protective ring" can be made of plastic or metal, for example, which should be as far away from the trunk as the tree will grow in the first few years. The inside of the protective ring can then be filled with the unbound chippings or gravel.

For trees with a trunk diameter of more than 20 cm, it is also possible to work right up to the trunk, as the tree then has enough strength to "make room" for itself.

ROMPOX® - JOINTING SAND NP

No, ROMPOX® - JOINTING SAND NP is not resistant to high-pressure cleaners.

ISATEC® ANCHORS

The anchors are made of 3 mm galvanised steel of the grade "S355". Rusting through is to be expected after 20 years at the earliest if the galvanisation is damaged, which of course can never be completely ruled out. Nevertheless, it would then only be a question of one point of the anchor, not the entire anchor. Thus, no structural problems in functionality are to be expected. Only externally do they change by getting stains/patina. This is comparable to rust film on a car and only leads to an external change.
