ROMPOX® 1009 can be used as a primer, sealant and scraping filler for cement bound surfaces indoors and outdoors as well as for the sealing of magnesite and anhydrite floors, due to it’s good steam permeability. It can also be used for the sealing of hard poured asphalt indoors. ROMPOX® 1009 can be applied by airless spray methods thanks to it’s water dilutability. The main areas of application are the sealing of floors and walls in warehouses, industrial floors, workshops, power stations and stadium spectator stands.

ROMPOX® 1503 is used as a primer primarily on partially oil contaminated concrete surfaces.

ROMPOX® 1504 is a priming resin for the capillary sealing of cementbound surfaces with very high residual moisture (residual moisture of even more than 6 CM%). It is used as a primer and scraping filler for subsequent ROMEX® coatings and sealants. ROMPOX® 1504 can also be used as a primer on very fresh concrete (approx. from the third day after laying).

ROMPOX® 1505 is a priming resin for the capillary sealing of cementbound surfaces (residual moisture ≤ 4 CM%, anhydrite bound surfaces < 0,5 CM%, heated < 0,3 CM%). It is used as a primer and scraping filler for subsequent ROMEX® coatings and sealants.

ROMPOX® 1505 Flex is a flexible priming resin used as an adhesion agent and scraping filler on hard poured asphalt (indoors) and cementbound surfaces, that are at risk of increased static crack formation. ROMPOX® 1505 Flex is also used under flexible coatings / sealants such as ROMPOX® 1080 Elastic coating or PU coatings / sealants. ROMPOX® 1505 Flex is also used as a binding agent for high strength synthetic resin screeds.

ROMPOX® 1506 is especially suitable as a primer for cement surfaces that have high residual moisture (= 6 CM%). It is a high quality epoxy resin system, that is adverse to osmosis and also suitable for making filler materials, self-levelling mortar and thick layer mortar.

ROMPOX® 1506 OS is a priming resin for trafficked surfaces subjected to high mechanical loads without crack bridging, for the capillary sealing of cement bound surfaces (residual moisture = 6 CM%) as a primer and scraping filler as a tested coating system according to OS 8 in carparks, underground carparks, entry and exit ramps, parking spaces and roads indoors. ROMPOX® 1005 OS is a ready to use, pigmented, self-levelling floor coating for trafficked surfaces subjected to high mechanical loads without crack bridging. ROMPOX® 1005 OS is a tested coating system according to OS 8 in carparks, underground carparks, entry and exit ramps, parking spaces and roads indoors. Not suitable for weathered surfaces without roofing.

ROMPOX® 1010 is used as an open to steam diffusion coating on cement bound surfaces indoors and outdoors. The main areas of use are for coating floor surfaces with rising damp such as in warehouses, workshops and garages as well as for special use in coating magnesite and anhydrite surfaces.

ROMPOX® 1070 Thix is a lightly structured, solvent free, 2 component epoxy coating. This viscous hard topcoat has high abrasion strength. By mixing in aluminiumoxide (Korund), firedried quartz sand, etc. it is possible to achieve a predefined nonslip level along with good cleaning capability. ROMPOX® 1070 Thix is used as a structured, rolled coating in production and warehouse areas in the automotive industry, in the electrical and pharmaceutical industry, engineering and factory workshops.

ROMPOX® 1080 is an elastified floor coating with particular resistance to impact loads. The system is pigmented, self-levelling, chemically resistant and easy to clean. Decorative surfaces can be made using chip sprinkling. Suitable for newbuilds and repair of cement bound surfaces, hard poured asphalt surfaces indoors as well as steel platforms indoors. Areas of use are floors that have high mechanical and chemical loads such as printing factories, chemical companies, sewage plants, petrol stations or mineral oil industries. It can also be used in the aeronautical and automobile industries, paintshops, clean rooms and stadium stands. ROMPOX® 1080 is also used as an elastic sealing material for sprinkled, nonslip coatings. The crack bridging capability acc. to DIN EN 1062-7:2004 up to 0,3 mm.

ROMPOX® 1102 EA coating is an electrostatically conductive, mechanically and chemically loadbearing coating. It results in an easy to clean coating in combination with high abrasion strength and hardness. ROMPOX® 1102 EA coating is used in areas, which require electrostatic conductivity up to 106. ROMPOX® 1102 EA coating is used for large surface industrial floors in the electronics industry, laboratories, printing industry, computer rooms.

ROMPOX® 1107 ESD coating is an electrically volume conductive, mechanically and chemically loadbearing self-levelling coating. It is used in manufacturing areas in the electronics industry, circuit board manufacture, laboratories, operating theatres, computer rooms and in the automotive industry. It is also suitable for use in areas that are at risk of explosion. It has been tested according to ESD norms DIN EN 61340 part 4-1 (measuring resistance to earth) and 4-5 (measuring body voltage/tension) and fulfills those requirements. ROMPOX® 1107 ESD coating is an easy to clean coating combined with high abrasion strength. It is chemically resistant against alkalis, saline solutions and diluted acids as well as mineral oil and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

ROMPOX®1507 is a ready to use, pigmented, self-levelling floor coating that has been developed especially for the strict requirements in the food industry (in accordance with EU norms) and is used for mineral, bitumin and metal surfaces, in areas such as the drinks industry, meat and fish industry, abattoirs etc. and all wet areas such as launderettes, industrial kitchens, sanitary areas etc. It is available as a smooth coating as well as all nonslip categories.

ROMPUR® 2705 is used as a high quality coating system in the following areas: industrial floors, storage rooms, garages, automobile industry, loading ramps, ship decks etc. This PU coating is resistant to sweetwater, saltwater and household cleaning agents. Also resistant to spills of acids, lyes, petrol and heavy oils.

ROMPUR® 2706 is a highly elastic PU coating, which is fast to light. It is used as a high quality coating system in industry, in particular in storage and sales rooms, garages, automobile industry, loading ramps and ship decks. ROMPUR® 2706 is permanently resistant to sweetwater, saltwater and household cleaning agents. It is also resistant to spills of acids, lyes, petrol, heavy oils and aromatic hydrocarbons.

ROMPOX® 1070 sealant is a sealant for cementbound surfaces such as concrete, plaster, screed, anhydrite screeds, iron and steel. This sealant is used because of it's good resistance to mineral oils, petrol, super petrol, kerosene and diesel in areas with high chemical loads such as production areas in the chemical and petrochemical industry and the automobile industry. Because of it's good chemical resistance, ROMPOX® 1070 is also suitable for use in the food and drinks industry as well as for processing water applications, the computer industry, kitchens, warehouses, laboratories, hospitals and in the automotive industry. ROMPOX® 1070 can be applied directly without a primer on cementbound surfaces..

ROMPOX® 1204 sealant is a coloured sealant for cement bound surfaces such as concrete, plaster, screed, asbestos cement and iron, steel and aluminium, with excellent chemical resistance. ROMPOX® 1204 sealant is used as a sealant in areas that are exposed to high chemical loads such as production areas in the chemical and petrochemical industry because of it’s very good resistance to mineral oils, petrol, super petrol, kerosene and diesel. It is also used as a sealant in the production areas of drinks and food industries because of it’s high resistance to lactic acid, fruit acids and high percentage alcohol/water mixtures. It is used in particular in dairies and cheese and milk factories.

ROMPOX® ASCOLOR is a 2 component polyurethane system for permanent repairs of asphalt surfaces indoors and non public surfaces. It is solvent free and of medium viscosity.

ROMEX® maintenance sealant, antistatic is a high quality, transparent floor care product with special antistatic properties. ROMEX® maintenance sealant, antistatic is used to maintain and not permanently seal conductive reactive resin floor coatings such as ROMPOX® 1107 ESD, ROMPOX® 1102 and ROMPOX® 1105. The maintenance emulsion is applied to the clean floor with a mop, giving one or two applications and should be re-applied from time to time depending on loads.

ROMPOX® 1106 ESD copper tape is a one-sided, self adhesive copper foil made of pure electrolyte copper, electrically conductive, with good adhesion properties on smooth surfaces and thus particularly well suited for all antistatic and conductive ROMEX® coating and sealing systems.

ROMPOX® 1104 ESD conductive paint is an electrically conductive layer for conductivity. It is used in manufacturing areas in the electronics industry, circuit board manufacture, laboratories, operating theatres, computer rooms and in the automotive industry. It is also suitable for use in areas that are at risk of explosion. It has been tested according to ESD norms (DIN EN 61340 part 4-1, 4-5, part 5-1, 5-2) and fulfills the requirements for an ESD coating as well as the norm DIN EN 1081.
